As a registered user on my website, I am offering you a special program on the purchase of your next home. Allow me to represent you and I will rebate a part of my commission back to you. What's the catch? There is no catch except that you allow me to be your buyer's agent and that does come with benefits. I have over 15 years of experience as a real estate agent and have consistently helped over 50 clients and sold over $8 million dollars in real estate per year in the Central NY market. Why is this important? Because you want an experienced real estate agent to be your advocate for one of the biggest investments that you will make in your lifetime.
I want you to know that I am not here to push you to buy any property. I'm not going to try to SELL you on every home. I understand that people hate that and this is a main reason why they are hesitant to even reach out to agents initially. I am here to help you buy the right home at the right time. That may take a week, a month, or a year or more. The time it takes for you to buy a property is not important. You being confident and happy with your decision IS important.
What does it cost you to work with me as a buyer's agent? Zip, zero, nada. Sellers pay all real estate commissions. Although, it can cost you if you work with an inexperienced agent that is not looking out for your best interest and just looking for a quick sale.
Here are the details of the rebate program. The rebate amount you receive will be dependent on the purchase price of the home that you buy. Below is the breakdown of the rebate amounts that you would get:

$150,000 - $199,999 $750
$200,000 - $299,999 $1,000
$300,000 - $399,999 $1,500
$400,000 - $499,999 $2,000
$500,000 and up $2,500
The rebate is disbursed to you within 7 days after closing. Since it is a rebate, our company first has to receive the commission from the seller before it can be disbursed back to you. That's why it can take up to 7 days. There is a written buyer's agency contract with an addendum that will specify the terms of the rebate. This would be signed by you as the buyer and me as the agent.
